市内の交通
Zhangjiajie is two places 30–40 km apart: the city (Yongding), with Tianmen Mountain, and Wulingyuan, the town at the main gates of the national forest park. Stay in Wulingyuan for the park. Tourist buses and DiDi link the two and the Grand Canyon. Inside the park, free eco-buses (included in the ticket) run between the gates and scenic areas; cable cars and the Bailong Elevator cost extra. Plan at least 2 days for the park and 1 for Tianmen Mountain, and bring your passport everywhere: every ticket is real-name.

- 張家界国家森林公園（武陵源）Real-name, timed entry: every ticket is tied to one passport number, and you must book an entry slot for each day you go in (days 2–4 too). Book on Trip.com or Klook, or on the official 张家界一机游 WeChat mini-program; foreign passports may need to go to a staffed window first. Bring the original passport, not a photo: on first entry staff register your face, and later entries use face recognition.

- 天子山Covered by the park ticket. Buy the cable car at the station with your passport.

Since November 2025 the upper cable-car section (middle station to summit) has been closed for rebuilding; routes use buses and escalators instead. Check the current status when you book.
- 大峡谷ガラス橋Real-name, timed tickets on Trip.com, Klook or the official WeChat account, with your passport. Daily numbers are capped, so book a few days ahead in summer.

主な観光地
张家界国家森林公园張家界国家森林公園（武陵源）無数の砂岩の柱が立ち並ぶ世界遺産の公園で、映画「アバター」の浮かぶ山のモデルになりました。1枚のチケットで袁家界、天子山、金鞭渓などを回れます。
袁家界袁家界「アバター」のハレルヤ・マウンテンの柱（乾坤柱）と、天然の石橋「天下第一橋」がある山上エリアです。
百龙天梯百龍エレベーター高さ326mの崖に設けられたガラス張りの屋外エレベーターで、約2分で金鞭渓と袁家界を結びます。
金鞭溪金鞭渓柱の足元の澄んだ渓流沿いを歩く、平坦で楽な7kmの道です。途中にサルもいます。
天子山天子山公園で最も高いエリアで、峰々の海を見渡せ、雲の上になることもよくあります。
天门山天門山市街地のすぐそばの山で、天然の岩門「天門洞」、99の曲がり道、断崖の桟道やガラスの桟道があり、とても長いロープウェイで登ります。
张家界大峡谷玻璃桥大峡谷ガラス橋峡谷の約300m上にかかる長さ430mのガラス床の歩道橋で、下には峡谷の遊歩道があります。
宝峰湖宝峰湖砂岩の峰に囲まれた緑の湖で、船で巡り、岸辺ではトゥチャ族の歌が聞けます。
黄龙洞黄龍洞色とりどりにライトアップされた石筍と、船で渡る地底川がある巨大な鍾乳洞です。
杨家界楊家界森林公園の西側にある比較的静かなエリアです。柱が壁のように連なる景観と、狭い石段やはしごで崖の縁の展望台へ登る烏龍寨・天波府の道があります。
十里画廊十里画廊約5kmの平らな谷で、「薬草採りの老人」など名前の付いた奇岩が並びます。屋根のない小さな電動列車が走っています。
黄石寨黄石寨公園南部の頂上が平らな山で、山頂を一周しながら柱の群れを見下ろす展望台が続きます。森林公園ゲート近くからロープウェイか長い石段で登ります。溪布街渓布街武陵源の町の渓流沿いにあるトゥチャ族風の歩行者街で、屋台、工芸品店、バー、宿が並びます。日が暮れてからが一番にぎやかできれいです。张家界土家风情园トゥチャ族風情園市内に再現されたトゥチャ族の土司（首長）の城で、木造の殿舎、高さ48mの九層の楼閣、民俗展示や歌と踊りの公演があります。七星山七星山市の南にある高い山でロープウェイで上ります。崖から突き出たガラスの展望台や長いガラスの桟道、スライダー、ヴィア・フェラータがあり、天門山も望めます。空中田园空中田園国家森林公園内の台地にある棚田と小さな農村で、砂岩の峰に囲まれ百龍エレベーターの向かいにあります。袁家界よりずっと静かです。张家界千古情張家界千古情ショー森林公園の武陵源入口近くで行われる大型の屋内ショーで、大がかりな舞台演出で張家界の歴史やトゥチャ族・ミャオ族の暮らしを描き、昔風の街並みを再現した小さなテーマパークの中にあります。
七十二奇楼七十二奇楼トゥチャ族の古い木造高床式家屋を市内の鉄骨の上に高く組み上げた巨大な建物群で、夜はライトアップされ、下には屋台街と無料の民俗ショーがあります。
凤凰古城鳳凰古城湖南西部の沱江沿いにある古い町で、高床式の家や石畳の路地、城門が残ります。張家界から高速鉄道で約1時間、散策は無料で夜がいちばんにぎやかです。
天门狐仙天門狐仙ショー天門山のふもとの峡谷で夜に上演される野外ミュージカルで、きこりと狐の仙女の民話の恋物語を、ライトアップされた断崖を背景に描きます。地図

この街のグルメ
三下锅三下鍋（トゥチャ族の三種煮込み鍋）The local signature: a dry, spicy pot of three meats, usually pork belly, tripe and pig or beef offal, cooked at the table. Order it in almost any restaurant in Wulingyuan.
土家腊肉トゥチャ族の燻製豚肉Pork cured and smoked over wood fires for weeks, then stir-fried with garlic shoots or chillies. Smoky and salty.
辣椒炒肉湖南風唐辛子と豚肉の炒めHunan’s everyday favourite: sliced pork belly flash-fried with fresh green chillies. Great with rice.剁椒鱼头剁椒魚頭（刻み唐辛子の魚頭蒸し）A big bighead carp head steamed under salted red chillies. Add noodles to the sauce at the end.米豆腐米豆腐Not soy at all: soft cubes of set rice paste in a sour-spicy sauce with pickles and peanuts. A cheap Xiangxi street snack.
