Who writes Zouzou

Zouzou is written by a small editorial team and published under the team’s name. We do not invent writers or personal travel stories.

How we use AI

AI tools do much of our research, drafting, translation and first-round checking. Drafts are compared with the sources listed on the page before they go live, and the team stays responsible for what we publish. Not every translation has been read by a native speaker, so please tell us when something reads wrong.

What “checked” means

The date on a page is the day we compared it with the sources listed there. It usually does not mean someone went to the place. Details no official source confirms are marked. If we have tried a step ourselves on a phone in China, the page says so and gives the date; if it does not say so, we have not.

Mistakes and changes

Rules change and we get things wrong. Write to us at the address below and we will look into it. Rule changes that affect travellers are listed on our Rule changes page.

How we make money

Some links go to booking services and may earn us a commission. Nobody pays us to be listed or to change what a page says.
